     A. Update on ordering three sets of PPE (This was included in the approved 2024 budget)

     B. Open discussion in regards to an inter-governmental agreement to coger North Boone District #5

      A. Update on the installation of doors at the station- CFPD  will paint the doors

      B. Discussion and possible action on Utility Truck 492- Batteries and a few other issues are being worked on by CFPD. 

      C. Update on line of credit application- Bank states they need collateral- Board doesn't want to use any vehicles. Possibly use the building. The board will look into other local banks for options. 

      D. Discussion on First National Bank: ACH Monthly Service charge- Asking about the possibility of waiving fee for CFPD.
